In August, 2003, Tom brought nearly 20 years of broad-based training development and delivery experience to the Honeywell Life Safety training department. His desire to seek new ways to deliver training led him to the position of Web-based Curriculum Developer in 2008. Tom now serves as the Fire-Lite Training Supervisor. His duties include overseeing the daily operation of the department, preparing yearly training schedules and coordinating classes outside of the normal schedule. He is NICET Level II certified; Six-Sigma Green Belt certified and has been awarded A+ certification by the Computer Technology Institute of America (CompTIA).

Bob has been with Honeywell Fire Systems for 15 years. Being fluent in Spanish has allowed Bob increased teaching flexibility. Bob is NICET certified, Six-Sigma Certified, and a trained electronic technician by trade. Bob supports Fire-Lite throughout the United States and Latin America conducting educational seminars for the entire product line. Bob worked for Honeywell in Quality Assurance, moved his way into Technical Support and now focuses his skills in the Training Department assisting in expos, shows and conferences.

Lynn Dudley – email Lynn

In 2003, Lynn began his career with Honeywell Fire Systems working with the NOTIFIER brand as a Marketing Communications Manager. While at Honeywell Fire Systems, his desire to teach and help others learn about the design, installation and maintenance of fire alarm systems propelled him to join the Fire-Lite Technical Training Department in 2005.  He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and is also NICET Level II and Six-Sigma Greenbelt certified.

Michael Breault – email Michael

As a lead trainer and curriculum developer at Digital Equipment Corporation, Mike developed and managed an international model for Digital’s Train the Trainer program, (AKA T3) for helpdesk, technical support and Manufacturing personnel in the Personal Computer Division. Mike has been with Honeywell for a little more than 9 years and with the Life Safety group for 4 years.  Mike’s first stint with Honeywell started directly out of college, working as a Senior Test Technician in Honeywell’s Information Systems Manufacturing in Brighton, Massachusetts.  In 2007 Mike came to Honeywell’s Life Safety division to develop his knowledge as a trainer for the Fire-Lite Product line. 
Mike is NICET Level 1 certified and a Six-Sigma Green Belt.

Matthew Moore – email Matthew

Matt started his career with Honeywell Life Safety in February of 2007 with Fire-Lite Technical Support.  Early with Honeywell Matt became involved in projects with design assurance engineering testing new products and software.  Matt has worked with the Training Department on different videos and other training mediums and was performing site visits for Technical Support, trouble-shooting unusual issues for customers in addition to his routine duties.  Matt now enjoys being a Technical Trainer instructing, developing and supporting instructor-led and web-based training courses around the country.  Matt is NICET certified, has his Six-Sigma Green Belt and is working to complete a B.S. in Business Management.

Kathy Nizen – email Kathy
Senior Training Administrator
Kathy has been with Honeywell Life Safety for over 20 years, starting in customer support with order fulfillment.  In 2000 Kathy was promoted to Training Administrator supporting Fire-Lite customers by responding to web submittals and phone calls for various inquiries.  As a Senior Training Administrator, Kathy now supports this function for multiple brands under the Honeywell umbrella.
